S. K. Segran

Founder & Principal Consultant, SOL International

With over 30 years of experience across multiple industries, Segran’s leadership journey began at sea as a Deck Officer in the merchant marine. Traveling the globe exposed him to diverse cultures and perspectives, shaping his understanding of people, teamwork, and human potential. After leaving maritime life, he built a versatile career in Human Resources, Corporate Communications, Workforce Empowerment, and Community Development.

Driven by a passion for human and organizational development, Segran earned a post-graduate diploma in Human Resource Management from the University of Newcastle, Australia, and a Master of Science in Organizational Development and Leadership. He is a Certified LPI™ Coach and a certified facilitator with Virtues Project International™.

Over three decades, Segran has served NGOs, community organizations, Fortune 500 companies, and multinational technology corporations. His expertise spans leadership development, team dynamics, organizational development, human resource management, communications, manufacturing, and community empowerment.

These experiences reinforce his belief in the transformative power of capacity building and the profound value of investing in people, the true engine of meaningful, lasting change.

Today, Segran continues to consult, coach, and facilitate leadership development programs internationally and is authoring his forthcoming book, Dinosaurs to Deming – The Evolution of Leadership.

Lynn Wee

Director of Media, SOL International

Lynn Wee has been an active participant in the Independent Film Industry for nearly a decade. She moved to Vancouver to study film at Emily Carr University of Art and Design after graduating with a Diploma in Multimedia at Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts in Singapore. She has since received a Bachelor's Degree in Film, Video and Integrated Media.

Lynn is the Director of Media with SOL International. In this capacity she acts as the liaison for the firm with local, regional and national media outlets, as well as managing, planning and implementing social media marketing. In addition to her primary role, Lynn provides support and resources to our marketing teams to effectively carry out their projects for the company.

Being a great team-player, Lynn's flexibility, adaptability and the ability to learn quickly in various technical and creative environments, while delivering quality work by tight deadlines, are attributes that she enjoys bringing to the business.

Megan Ross

Youth Empowerment Specialist, SOL International

Megan Ross is an experienced Youth Empowerment Specialist and certified Master Facilitator with Virtues Project International (VPI). She brings with her a proven track record in leading community programs and enhancing youth development.

With strong organizational and communication skills, Megan excels in managing teams, facilitating training sessions, and maintaining effective relationships across multiple stakeholders and communities. She possesses a diverse background in administrative roles, customer service, leadership and team dynamics that contribute to her well-rounded professional expertise.

Megan enjoys outdoor activities, reading, and family gatherings, often spending her free time engaged in enriching experiences with her daughter.
