With a career spanning over three decades, Segran embarked on his professional journey as a Deck Officer in the merchant marine. Through multiple circumnavigations of the globe and encounters with diverse cultures worldwide, Segran gained invaluable insights before transitioning from a life at sea to explore new horizons by venturing into the dynamic realm of 21st-century enterprises. In the ensuing years he cultivated a multifaceted skill set across Human Resource Management, Corporate Communications, Workforce Empowerment, and Community Development. It was within the intricate tapestry of Human Resource Development that Sean discovered his true passion and expertise.

Acquiring a post-graduate diploma from the University of Newcastle, Australia, in Human Resource Management, Segran further honed his craft, earning a Master of Science degree in Organizational Development and Leadership. Additionally, Segran is recognized as a Certified LPI™ (Leadership Practices Inventory) Coach, reflecting his commitment to fostering effective leadership practices. He is also a certified facilitator for Virtues Project International™.

LYNN WEE
Lynn Wee has been an active participant in the Independent Film Industry for nearly a decade. She moved to Vancouver to study film at Emily Carr University of Art and Design after graduating with a Diploma in Multimedia at Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts in Singapore. She has since received a Bachelor's Degree in Film, Video and Integrated Media.
​Lynn is the Director of Media with SOL International. In this capacity she acts as the liaison for the firm with local, regional and national media outlets, as well as managing, planning and implementing social media marketing. In addition to her primary role, Lynn provides support and resources to our marketing teams to effectively carry out their projects for the company.

Being a great team-player, Lynn's flexibility, adaptability and the ability to learn quickly in various technical and creative environments, while delivering quality work by tight deadlines, are attributes that she enjoys bringing to the business.

MEGAN ROSS
Megan Ross is an experienced Youth Empowerment Specialist and certified Master Facilitator with Virtues Project International (VPI). She brings with her a proven track record in leading community programs and enhancing youth development.
With strong organizational and communication skills, Megan excels in managing teams, facilitating training sessions, and maintaining effective relationships across multiple stakeholders and communities. She possesses a diverse background in administrative roles, customer service, leadership and team dynamics that contribute to her well-rounded professional expertise.

Megan enjoys outdoor activities, reading, and family gatherings, often spending her free time engaged in enriching experiences with her daughter.
